Indian Youth and Gender Biased Laws ?

June 6, 2013

The youth is a soul of any Nation. Nation’s prosperity & development is heavily dependent on the contribution of its Youth in nation building. There be no doubt about their strength, power and capability. The youth are filled with tremendous energy and towering ambitions. It needs no spark for ignition. Youth is so primitive that can be moulded in either shape one wants but surely, it is also the reason for the both exploitation and utilization of youth in the destruction and construction of any nation respectively.

youth

India is second most populated country in the world and having tremendous youth power at its disposal but India, for long now, failed miserably to recognize and realize the true potential & capabilities of its huge youth asset.

The young people in India today are confused and is under great pressure from out of challenges it is facing from each & every corner of its life be it, corruption, un-employment, limited opportunities, dirty politics, poverty, Alcoholism & drugs, anger & violence etc etc. these factors are playing big role in India’s major concern of brain drain. These factors are so deep rooted and complex that to overcome them seems impossible for the country like India.

However, one another major factor where India has “Axed its own Feet” and can easily be overcome is enforcement of gender biased laws.

Generally, every person marries in his prime age (youth) and in case of any trouble in marriage with gender biased matrimonial laws in place, these laws encourage the favoured side to be an unscrupulous litigant and the young energy & potential gets diverted to engaging and coming out of this Mess flying colours.

A young Wife with an advantage of having matrimonial laws in her undue favour and in pursuit to be perceived as empowered women puts all her energy & potential to use these laws as tools of harassment & extortion against her husband & his family members. She leaves no stone unturned to inflict every kind of cruelty on her husband and becomes revengeful with motive of teaching him a good lesson.

Whereas, on the other hand, a young husband finds  himself  in a hot soup for atleast 10-15 years just because of gender biased matrimonial laws. He is forced to spend his golden years in fighting legal & vicious battle draining all his energy & potential.

youth wate

Why this is a major factor of waste of young energy?

Because, Gender Biased Matrimonial Laws have each and every family/home in its range and these biased laws are hitting the very root of our society i.e. family. Our young minds, energy and vibrant potential are being eaten up by these laws. The Young minds of India are busy in fighting the battle of their life because of these numerous gender biased laws.

Now, in this scenario, how can India be hopeful of being progressive ?

” A serious thought is needed at the level of Government with enough of political will to at least scrap the biasedness in matrimonial laws so as to save & utilize the what little of huge youth power it can to make India a progressive nation.”

Undermining MAN – the BIGGEST IGNORANCE

May 27, 2013
A Man for centuries is an easy target  to criticize & blame and is   bearing the heat of criticism and brand labeling as a predator, ignoring the  very fact that it is MAN who has :

globe

  • Strived hard since the stone age  to meet hunger, luxury, protection and social standing of  his family, thereby a society, a nation & the world.
  • Run the world and always have; men are smarter, stronger, and more aggressive than women; feminists could never have got anything they wanted if men hadn’t permitted them to have it.
  • Made the life outside home easy by investing both physically as un-tired labour and intellectually as technology. Before invention of many machines & tools, a lot of work required more muscle power than women have; their engaging in it was impossible before men made it easier.
  • The MEN besides playing a successful role of caretaker for his family has gifted this world with all kind of  amenities alongwith honor and dignity out of his own sweat and un-tiring energy. The Man has sacrificed his life for protection and honor of his family for centuries.
  • The Man has never done anything exclusively for himself or for his individual development or ease but has done everything for whole of the society & world.
  • Surprisingly, now when outside world is made so easy to be in, by MAN, the unscrupulous identities called “Feminists” started crying women rights, equality, deprivation etc. etc. Why not this hue & cry was there, when  livelihood or survival  was hard and manual fatigue and great endurance was involved in every single action outside ?

world now

  • More ironically, theses feminists  want to achieve their so called equality, empowerment etc. by blaming everything on the very MAN who has relentlessly strived hard for whole society in general.
  • Even today, the poor MAN is so deeply involved in fulfilling his old traditional duties and responsibilities that HE knowingly, but due to ages old cultivated sense of being provider & protector is ignoring the very fact that the time has come when he need to join hands and come together to fight against these feminists and the governments run by them who are misleading the world for their ulterior motives and are proving fatal to the family & society for which he is striving so hard.

It is the call of day that the Men being PROTECTOR & PROVIDER, raise his voice loud & clear that IT IS I WHO HAD  MADE THIS WORLD LIVABLE & ORDERLY by  putting in immense Labour & hardship and I WILL NOT ALLOW TO DISCARD OR RUIN MY EFFORTS & LOBOUR on the WHIMS & FANCIES OF FEMINISTS.

COME  & FIGHT FOR MEN’s RIGHTS !

How, Who, When & from Where MEN got Empowered ?

July 5, 2010

The real concern worldwide is to empower women, that’s OK but it made me to think that Who, When, How & from Where MEN got empowered? But in pursuit of finding the answer to this, I am left with 10 more crucial questions which are :

       I.        Is government or society has done enough to make Men capable of discharging his (social & legal) responsibilities ?

II.        A big NO, I can’t remember anything done to empower Men, anywhere, by any Government or anybody but yes what has been done or is being done is for Women only. Why?

III.        Are Men born empowered ? if it is so then really Men are super natural beings but if not, why nobody ever thought of empowering  Men ?.    Or

IV.        Does man paying price of his masculinity blessed by none other than mother Nature herself ?

       V.        Isn’t those(feminists, NCW &WCD etc.) who call Women a weaker sex are themselves believe in it and are making women more prone to ill treatment ?

VI.        Isn’t it a reality that No gender(whether male or female) in totality (i.e. 100%) can be or is empowered by all means and each gender always consists of a section which is/remains under privileged ?

VII.        Aren’t there, unscrupulous/oppressive persons present in both the gender ?

VIII.       Why, in today’s time after 40-50 years of women empowerment and the focus only on women upliftment, the status of women has not reached to a fair level of equality between both the genders?

IX.        When the under privileged section of Male gender will be empowered ?

   X.        Isn’t  enforcement of gender biased laws is a social oppression of male gender?

If you have the answers to above questions, pl feel free to comment.
